All content, features, and functionality of the Nest Products are owned by AURUM HealthTech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

AURUM HealthTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Nest Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
